hi Hi i injured both my ankles last year and i didnt have any health insurance so i didnt recieve the propertreatment. now my ankles are ugly and deformed looking and i cannot do normal activities without being in pain. can i get some help on maybe what this might be. the injuries they said where only small fractures or spraines but now my ankles are very weak, i cant play sports anymore or run, and any long standing or being on ladders or just when i work a regular 8 hour shift my ankles hurt real bad. also i sleep on my back so my feet stand up and they flop to the outside and ever since the injury it hurts to lay like this and i have trouble sleeping because of the pain. I am only 21 so i would really like some help cause i am still young and i cant do the things i used to be able to do
