Hi, i have been suffering from anal fissure since one month. My doctor suggested me to use ruticool ointment regularly and eat a high fibre diet. Also, I am taking duphalac syrup for softening the stool. I was getting relief and was on the verge of healing. But recently I had a stomacg upset for which i had to pass watery stool for 3 times. After that the stinging sentation and pain has returned. I am very afraid that did the fissure recur again. Did i tear myself again ? Please help.
