i am 31years 5.5hight 65kgs men suffering with annal fisher from 3years taking medicine antibiotec CIFIXIME STANCEF -O 200 , and using ANOVET ointement applying in annal, when applying ointment in annal some times i am geting pus infected area inside the annal,that pus also thick n like paste please give me solution to cure perminantly

You might have fistula in ano. Go get a rectal exam done by a surgeon. You might be needing antibiotics Tab. Augmentin 1g 1+1 for 5 days.
