Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,
There is a possibility of you suffering from Asthma. Fet yourself evaluated by a Pulmonologist in detail. Swelling under lower jaw may be due to recurrent infections. You may require inhalers, evaluation with xray chest and PFT and blood tests eg. serum IgE levels.

Dr. Mishra
