Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction On Skin Of Hands And Penis

Hi, I have allergic reaction with some kind of food, resulting sensitive skin on my 2 t0 3 fingers of both hands and on penis and urethra too. After 02 to 03 days sensitive part of penis & urethra becomes black and skin peels off and expose the wound. What shall I do? Pls suggest.

Hello,

It may be due to dermatitis.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

For itching you can take tablet loratidine.

Avoid sweating.

Avoid harsh cosmetic products and latex condom.

Maintain proper hygiene.
