General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This reading would be influenced by what you would have eaten yesterday evening and your meds.

If the meal in the evening contained a high amount of carbohydrates then it would cause a high fasting blood sugar.

These levels are very high, you need to monitor it throughout the day to see if it is increasing or decreasing..
You may want to note the carbohydrate content of your meals so that you would be able to identify which foods are associated with higher blood sugars.

If , the levels remain elevated beyond today, then you should speak to your doctor.

I hope this helps
