Hi sir,
I have gone through your query and I can understand understand your concerns.

As per your history your father is having terminal stage of adenocarcinoma lung and i think you are well aware of that.
Its sad to inform you that there is no scope for curative treatment. All we can do is palliative treatment.Which include palliative chemotherapy and radiation. This palliative treatment significantly reduce his morbidity,Pain and breathing problems definitely improve with this treatment.palliative chemo radiation also increase life expectancy and he can have a relatively healthier time as compared to taking no treatment at all.
Consult a oncologist regarding the treatment option and he will guide you accordingly.

Dr Shinas Hussain
