Suggest Treatment For Acute Lower Back Pain

my pain is located in the lower back in the area of sacral bones and ligaments the pain is especially acute in the summer months july and august when heat and humidity are high associated with difficulty in breathing (without any wheezing) at this time I am extremely tired without energy usually with breathing problems (dyspnea ?). I am a female 85 years old considered in good health for my age by my primary MD. Wood albuterol help my breathing difficulty....Thank you for any advice, appreciated.

hi..low back pain is common in such age..as spce between two vertebra reduces with age.
so compression of nerve occurs and they causing pain..
but if pain is acute and severely disconfirts you then CT SCAN or MRI is advisable..
and accordingly have treatment..
