Suggest Treatment For Acute Flatulence And Difficulty In Breathing During Evening

I am having acute flatulence and difficulty in breathing in the evenings especially after bending over or doing hard work.No pain and other complicacies. I am 49 years and having 70 kg weight. Suffering from this disease for the last 4 years. Done endoscopy and taking Happy 20 mg tabs along with Lesuride tabs but no permanent relief

Dear avoid food causing flatulence like dairy products, spicy oily food and alcohol. Tab. Simethicone 80 mg twice a day for 5days, tab. Rifaximine 200mg thrice in a day for 5days.
