Suggest Treatment For Aconthisia Nigricans Over Lateral Sides Of Back

sir am a male vith 24yrs and it s been found by diabatologst just before 2 days that I have aconthisia nigricans over lateral sides and back of the neck ..and unknowingly my dermatologist prescribed me the anti fungal medication like onabet candidit I continued the regimen for 1 month .Please tell me what medical treatment should I follow

If you have acanthosis Nigricans diabetes and insulin resistence needs to be ruled out. Topical depigmenting agents like glycolic acid might help.Try to reduce your weight as weight reduction reduces insulin resistence. Tablets containing alpha lipoidic acid can also be taken after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
