Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Acne can affect the face as well as neck; even chest, back and shoulders may be affected with acne as all these areas are rich in sebaceous glands.
I would suggest that you discontinue with the sunscreen for the time being till your acne is under control. Sunscreens are oily and can cause new acne formation.
If I was the treating doctor I would have started you on topical retinoid gel e.g Adapalene gel once daily during night time.
Retinoids are first line treatment in all grades of acne; they are comedolytic and therefore also prevent new acne formation. They should be applied to the whole affected area.
Topical benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin gel may be used during day time, as a spot treatment for acne.
Besides if your acne is inflammatory, it would also be appropriate to start Oral antibiotics e.g Azithromycin Or Doxycycline etc.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion.
Scrubbing is harsh; it might irritate and may cause acne to become inflammed and thereby worsen the condition.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of your acne and advice accordingly.

Regards
