Suggest Treatment For Acne Scars

Hello Doctor iam new to this site.. Iam having irritating acne for about 3 years.... Iam getting rid of it lil by lil.... But now iam having small kind of wholes... I even don't no what it is.. May be its call scars.... Iam just 20 feeling damn uncomfortable... Depressed!!! Please tel me some solutions... Scarring starting stage... I wanted to get keyor from this worst trouble

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain acne when heals can leave behind crator like depressions over the skin known as Acne scars..
One thing I would like to tell you is that acne scars cannot be removed completely with topical medications and many a times some doctors may advise steroid ointments which will not help in reducing scars and will further give side effects..
You need to consult a trained Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you certain chair side treatments like Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers, chemical peelings,punch excision etc depending upon the type of scars for reducing the scars

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne scars which occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. It could be due to stress, hormonal changes. I would suggest you to use product containing benzoyl peroxide., Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. lso wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. Drink plenty of water and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
