Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Cheeks

I AM A 64 YEAR OLD FEMALE... I AM WORKING, IN PRETTY GOOD HEALTH AND A BIT OVERWEIGHT, BUT STILL VERY ACTIVE PHYSICALLY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL SMALL SCALY, NON HEALING SORES ON MY CHIN, WHICH HAVE BEEN FROZEN OFF. SOME HAVE RE-OCCURED. I HAVE ALSO HAD SEVERAL SCALP ERUPTIONS ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD, WHICH COME AND GO. THE LAST TWO WEEKS I HAVE HAD ACNE LIKE BREAKOUTS LIKE SMALL BOIILS ON BOTH OF MY CHEEKS, UNUSUAL FOR ME. I HAVE CHANGED SOAP, CREAMS AND HAVE TRIED TO KEEP SUN EXPOSURE DOWN, WEARING A HAT OUTDOORS. I WILL HAVE TROUBLE SEEING A DERMOTOLOGIST WITH MY KAISER INSURANCE, WHICH IF I CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT WILL CALL THIS A COSMETIC ISSUE CHARGING A LOT, WHICH I CAN T AFFORD. . I AM WORRIED IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING WORSE. WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THIS AND WHAT MIGHT I TRY TO CLEAR UP THIS SKIN AND SCALP CONDITION?
