Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain acne vulgaris or pimples can occur due to a number of reasons like hormonal imbalances, oily skin, bacterial infection, long hours of sun exposure, inflammation etc..
Clindamycin gel is an appropriate medication given to you but you need to take certain non-comedogenic or anti-acne medications too..
You can wash your face with
salicylic acid containing face wash twice a day.
You can apply
benzoyl peroxide gel as well as clindamycin gel over the pimples twice a day..
You can apply retinoid gel like Adapelene at bed time..
Do cold compresses over the pimples..
Maintain a dry skin and can apply aloevera gel for lubrication..
You can take multivitamin supplements, drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet and avoid oily and junk food..
Exfoliate your face twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Always apply sunscreen lotion before sun exposure..
In case i you do not find improvement in one month
consult a dermatologist and he can advise you
oral antibiotics, isotretinoin and also advise you treatments like glycolic acid peels,
microdermabrasion.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
