Suggest Treatment For Acne Marks On Face

hi, in my face somany post pimple porus are accumulated in the size of small to big, really it is making my confident level less, kindly suggest me is there any treatment for this, if yes, which treatment procees is good and

Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

I can understand you concern for post acne marks on your face. But, first your acne should be prevented. If acne lesion continue to occur, then it is difficult to treat post acne scars and melanosis. So, I would like to recommend antibiotics like azithromycine 500 mg thrice a week for few months along with low dose of isotretinoin cap 5 mg daily. And application of clindamycine gel daily at night on lesions with cleansing the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed.

After control of acne, you may go for treatment of post acne spots and scars. I would like to suggest glycolic acid 6% lotion to apply on spots and scars at night along with kojic acid containing gel alternate days. Apply vitamin E cream in morning on face. Cleanse the face with facewash of glycolic acid and kojic acid. You may take glutathion containing tab,vitamin C, vitamin E, nicotinic acid tab..etc
