Suggest Treatment For Acne And Dullness In Face

Hii,
Doctor i have used melacare forte and skin light in my past days just to overcome my acne and skin tone dullness but this will help me only just at the time i used that product but now my skin are again facing problem of acne and my doc suggest me to use acnethro-c and benxop 2●5 but the results are below the expectations and i m still facing acne and skin dullness.please help me...sir

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain as you have got recurring episodes of Acne after stoppage of Melacare forte cream and the medicines given to you that are acnethro c that contains Clindamycin and benxop contain Benzoyl Peroxide..
And these are suitable anti Acne Medication..
You should also start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Apply Adapelene gel at night..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
Avoid oily food and sun exposure..
Drink plenty of water..
You can also go for Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
