Suggest Treatment For Acidity

hello sir, my moms ct scan report says she is likely having kochs etiology. doctor prescribed her forcox four tablets a day. she took it for four days. now she has acidity due to which she is having loss of appetite, vomitting sensation, lots of weakness. pls help

Hi,
Anti koch therapy is a long term therepy and given in initiation and continuation phases but it has main side effect as gastritis , nausea vomiting , liver enzyme disfunction , etc .
So Take pantoprazole 1 capaule 30 min before meal once a day, antacid syrup 2tsf thrice a day for 7 days and tab ranitidine as and when required .add pyridoxine tab once a day to be added in the regimn do Regular LFT and review with your doctor .
