For abscesses not responding to routine antibiotics you have to go for culture and sensitivity test result and than take some antibiotic as per the report. Mostly you can take tab linezolid 600 mg or tab zipod-cv twice daily after meals with tab brufen or tab combiflam three times daily after meals for pain with cap omez or cap pantop twice daily empty stomach. You also have to use neosporin powder for local application. Maintain hygiene of your body. If still persist than you have to take tab dexona 5 mg for 10 days. Than go for incision and drainage under strict aseptic precautions.
