General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Abdominal pain can be caused by many possible conditions. I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation. The reports in the query are normal. I also recommend to use a spasmolytic such as Buscopan for the pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
