Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Jaundice And Low Liver Count

Experienced severe abdominal pain one night (below right rib cage, with pain transfering to the upper back) and suspected gallstone being stuck in vile duct. Through MRI and ultrasound, confirmed that gallstone is in gallbladder (about 3-4 stones, 3-5 mm size) but not obstructing any ducts. Now, symptoms are jaundice, itchy skin, dark urine, and white stools, and blood tests show high liver count (AST 573, ALT 1039, GGT 349, etc. with no sign of infections). I have no more pain, but the symptoms are still there. What can it be? Hepatitis? And how important is it to get the liver count down to normal? What damages can it cause if left untreated?
