Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Shortness Of Breath

Since past 4 days my throat is so tight its like blocked iam suffering from shortness of breath i feel lots of pressure in my both ears and nose and cheeks when i liying down either side i cant breath....i get pain in my tummy or abdomein because i cant get enough breath i have to take it deep and when i take it i feel pressure in my ears i went er they said i got acute sinutisis and gave me azithromysin for 6 days she also found so much wax in my ears and tried to clean it butit was so dry they couldnt get much out should i see ent for this or whatelse should i do???can you tell me what is going on with me???

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion you are mostly having viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) and complicated by bronchitis.
Your all ear and throat symptoms are due to viral URTI and your shortness of breath is mostly due to bronchitis.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
