Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms are irrelevant if this is the blocked fallopian tube then it may not cause the abdomen pain neither it causes something coming from anal region. Of course you must be having abdomen pain and mucus discharge with stool but it may not be due to the tube, it could be something else it could be an intestinal infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
