Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea
I have abdominal pain more one month diarrhea on. Off uss show 7mm anjiomylolipoma lt kidney routine investigation normal. Pain under lt costal margine radiate to flank and back little same pain in rt side no vomiting colonoscopy done 2 days back. Doctor find small polip 7mm he said it look benign send to histo path result not yet. I take treatment pantoprazol. Duspatalin retard cipro floksasin one wk. diarrhea less now but pain still in all my lt side mainly lt flank I m worry yesterday and today have dark color urine dark orange to light red

Wait for histopathology results, it can tell treatment options. Stool examination can be sent, it will help in diagnosis of your recent reason of dark stools and also maintain good hydration if there is diarrhea. Take 140 ml of ORS for each stool. Eat healthy and sleep healthy.
