Hello Doctor!

Hello Doctor!!! I am Lavanya,31yrs/F.Its been one and half a year I got married...I am planning to get conceive since last month...I went to Gynaec doc last month as I was suffering with pregnancy symptoms..Doc took pregnancy test which has fallen negative...also she diagnosed mild urinary tract infection...and she kept under antibiotics for few days and all set fine...also doc suggested me to take abdominal and pelvic scan...in which unfortunately i got diagnosed as pcos pt...Gynaec doc said nothing to worry abt...need a bit help to get conceive and that's it....she put me in fertipro for 15days and asked me for followup on this month 3rd day of my period...I am regularly taking folic acid tab and fertipro without any fail....but its been four to five days I am suffering with stomach bloating,mild cramps in my lower abdomen similar to period cramps,,lightheadedness and fatigue kind of...now I am very much confused with these symptoms...my period is due by tmrw...kindly suggest me what to do next n pls help me out!
