hi.
thank you for posting query @ HCM.
Differential:
bloating,
dyspepsia, bacterial overgrowth, H.pylori infection
firstly, you may have the following examination:
"Hydrogen Breath Test" to rule out bacterial overgrowth in the intestine
and
"Urea Breath Test" to rule out H.pylori infection.
in addition, i would like to know,
1. do you have a history of
peptic ulcer disease?
2. do you have history of constipation?
3. are your bowel movements normal?
meanwhile,
-OTC
simethicone tablets and probiotics maybe used to combat bloating.
-Chew food well and try not to talk while chewing food as it causes more air to enter stomach and may lead to bloating.
-avoid drinking water in the middle and after meals.
-ingest small meals at regular intervals.
-ingest pear/oranges daily
wish you good and sound health.
regards
