Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating And Constipation

i have had extreme abdominal bloating and constipation for about a month. It is to the point that i dont want to eat anymore because I bloat and feel uncomfortable pressure. I took laxatives and have used Miralax for about 3 days with minimal results. What else could this be?

Sir, please take cremaffin 4 tsf at night for 3 days, then 2 tsf for another 3 days then stop. Take healthy diet with more of fibres, avoid eating junk and fatty food. Drink plenty of water and do exercises or walking for at least 30 min. If not relieved consult your doctor to rule out any obstruction.
