Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating And Body Ache While Having IBS

Hi I am suffering from lbs from last 16yrs .l suffer from bloating n body ache due to gas n acidity . I cannot take medicine for other problems like cold allergy or frequent urination or vitamins tablet etc bcoz of my syndrome what should I do ?please suggest

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You haven't mentioned your age. If you are elderly first you should be ruled off any other underlying causes for your problem. If reports are normal, for your problem a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole 20mg daily should be taken for 6-8 weeks. This is an over the counter drug and can be taken without prescription. You can take your allergy and vitamin tablets as usual.
