Suggest Treatment For Abdominal And Back Pain Along With Nausea
I am a 70 year old woman who has been having varying degrees of abdominal pain on the left mid section. It began as a back pain Thanksgiving night. The next day preceded to be towards my left side. Now in the mid left side of my stomach area. No nausea, I have had both bowel movements and urination-no pain there. Have been careful eating, but today only had little wheat/raisin/nut bread (1/2 slice and small cup of Turkey rice soup.

As I understand it could be because of gastritis . Presently you can take some medication like pentoproazole or rabiprazole o decrease aicd production along with antacid syrup for symptomatic relief . Further I suggest you to undergo Ultrasography of whole abdomen to find out any pathology .hope it will help you . review with USG report .
