Suggest Treatment For A Tender Red Spot On The Penis Shaft
My penis head was caught between toilet bowl and seat when I turned. The seat slid over and dropped down and caught the edge of my head. It has a large red spot and is very tender. I have no insurance as it just ran out jan 31 and cant afford to run to the dr if not absolutely required.

Understand your concern.
Your problem is due to pressor injury.
Generally it resolves with in 4-5 days.
Advice are below:
Covered the area and do dressing with betadine or H2O2.
Apply clear film.
Do not apply bandage, cream or lotion
Apply ice pad.
Tablet Dan -SR three times a day.
