Hello,

An enlarged prostate gland can cause uncomfortable urinary symptoms, such as blocking the flow of urine out of the bladder. Bladder outlet obstruction can also be due to narrowing of the tube that carries urine out of the body from the bladder (urethra), bladder stones, bladder cancer, etc.

You are suggested to get clinically examined and assessed. Get all blood, urinalysis & imaging tests done. Left untreated it will complicate bladder, urinary tract or kidney problems. Your treatment (by medicine or surgery) will depend on the pathology detected and your clinical condition.

To reduce the inflammmation you can take Combiflam, one SOS when required. Take (sitz bath) it is effective. Limit or avoid alcohol, caffeine, and spicy or acidic foods, which can irritate your bladder.

Avoid activities that can irritate your prostate, such as prolonged sitting or bicycling. Take care of your hygiene, avoid UTI. Laser treatments are also effective.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
