Suggest Treatment For A Small Lump On The Lower Back Side Of Head

I have a small knot on the back of the lower left region of my head. Could this be a lymph node? Or something else. I also would like to know if it might be due to blood pressure. My blood pressure has been 125/90 pulse high of 93 today. I am a male age 40. Pain in left side of neck also. Thanks!

This lump is not due to Blood pressure and your Blood pressure is with in normal limits. Lump on left side of head on lower region with pain on that side of neck seems you have a boil.It is infection .
