Suggest Treatment For A Small Lump In The Earlobe

Hi, I am a 24 year old male. Approximately 4 weeks ago I noticed a palpable lump in the lower part of my earlobe. It is not painful and cannot be seen from the skin. It seems to be quite solid and not moveable as far as I can tell. I got an ultrasound done but the doctor wasn t very clear on what it meant. The ultrasound results are: The region of interest corresponds to a subcutaneous hypoechoic lesion measuring 2 x 1.3mm. There is no extension to the underlying cartilage and no evidence of localised inflammatory change. There is no evidence of a foreign body. Appearances are relatively non specific but a low grade inflammatory lesion is considered most likely. The lesion is not completely cystic. Could you please explain what this means? Thanks, Matt.
