Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Ankle
I took a whack in a field hockey game to the ankle and now after the swelling has gone down, there is a lump next to the ankle, about 2-3cm s on the front.. I have full range of motion and can walk/jog without issues.. What is the lump..? it hurts a little bit when I pull my foot away/downwards
