Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Nose

I have right now a small thumb like bump on my nose (right upper lateral side wall). It does not hurt, but, I m a little troubled. I know it has something to do with my rhinitis allergy. This is not the first time I got this. Before, I also had, but it disappears after some hours or so. What is this?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, this seems to be bacterial folliculitis
If it is single, then apply Mupirocin cream twice daily, and no need for systemic antibiotics.
Also, apply this cream in ur anterior nares twice daily to eradicate the Staphylococcal carriage, which is usually responsible for recurrences.
Thanks
Take care.
