Suggest Treatment For A Painful Blister On The Anus

Hi! This is kind of embarrassing but a week ago I noticed a blood blister on the outside of my anal area. I popped it and put alcohol to dry it out. It seems to have come back. I popped it again and used dial antibacterial soap with warm water. I am an avid exerciser, mainly runner. Do you think this is friction?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably the lesion you have may be bulbous impetigo. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the firm diagnosis. I would recommend oral antibiotic, anti inflammatory drugs and topical antibiotic cream. Sitz bath in Dettol containing water may be done.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks..
