Suggest Treatment For A Lump Of Mucus In Throat During Pregnancy

Hi. I am 21 weeks pregnant and this is my third baby. My problem is that I have a lump of mucus,i would say, in my throat and it is quite problematic. It is worse than vomiting. This happens when i wake up in the morning or whenever i lie down.I have to throw it out forcefully. Sometimes a water like liquid or yellow fluid is also coming out. This is happening since my early months whereas i used to have this problem in my 9th month in earlier pregnancies. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dear madam,I understand your concern. In my opinion there might be simple pharyngeal infection .And nothing to worry about that. You do salt water gargling twice a day.It is done by putting salt in warm water.Drink slightly warm water till it subsides. If still persistent consult doctor as you might need course of antibiotics.
