Hi I wanted to find out what might be possibly the problem I m having. Im a woman 55 yrs young, and have in my genital area to the right side like a lump. I noticed it almost a week ago. Unfortunately I tried to pick it thinking puss would come out but a very small amt of hard white stuff came out. It is not puss because it s hard. It first felt hard and round, now it is hard and oblong. I have no pain, but concerned what it might be.
