Suggest Treatment For A Lump Caused By Fibroadenosis

hi dr. there s 3cm lump fibroadinosis in my right breast from 6 past months ...and my dr. said its normal and she gave me just multi vitamins for regular use ...but still i feel much pain and heviness in my breast and also on right arm ...i want to knw wht i do and how much time this disease take to cure

treatment is not needed for fibroadenosis but this tips may help in decreasing pain :
*wearing supportive bra .
*over the counter pain relieve.
*reduce intake of caffeine.
*use of primrose oil .
