Suggest Treatment For A Itchy Red Rash On The Neck And Sore Throat
Hello - I have had a flat red (hot and a little bit itchy) rash on my neck and chest for the last 48 hours. It seems to have spread a little onto my torso and back but it is not as severe. I have had a mild sore throat / feeling a little tired. Not fever, however last week I had a runny nose / sore throat for a week.

The rash on neck and chest you described may be viral rash..as you have rhinitis and pharyngitis...
You consult dermatologist and have firm diagnosis.
I would suggest antihistaminics to relieve itch sensation. Antibiotics like azithromycine may be taken. If needed,steroids in tappering dose may be taken. Apply calamine lotion on the lesions to feel better.
