Suggest Treatment For A Itchy Bump On The Hand

Hello, I have been having a bump on my left hand for about 4 months now. It starting itching about a week ago. Yesterday there was a clear liquid coming out of it. Today it has a red center like it was bleeding last night. I only have this one. What could this be? And how do I get rid of it?

Hi, according to your description it could be pyogenic granuloma, but the exact diagnosis is possible only if you post a clear picture of it. Also please mention the correct size of the lesion and your age.
