Suggest Treatment For A Hairless Patch On The Beard

Hi I am surya , aged 33 years , have hair loss near beard area , left side of beard , developed alopecia barbea .. it has been there for more than 4 years and the patch seems to increase very slowly over the years . Is this curable ? Please suggest some remedies .

this is case of localised alopecia areata

so follow this treatment
1)Fluocinolone acetonide cream 0.2%
or
2)Betamethasone dipropionate cream 0.05%
if doest recover meet dermatologist for intralesional steroids
