Suggest Treatment For A Gland In The Cheek

I am Mayank Rastogi, living in Delhi at Patel Nagar I have one query with you that I have my younger sister & she has a gland in her right cheek we were regular taking treatment from AIMS in Delhi but still that same position as it was. so now I am getting your reference by internet so kindly suggest me what we can do for her.

You have mentioned some gland problem in right cheek but diagnosis has not been mentioned here....
For primary work up FNAC should be done to rule out nature of lesion if gland enlarged ...
According to cause specific treatment given....
If any tumour is revealed than surgical excision needed
If it is only sialadenitis like gland problem than no specific treatment needed... For inflammation relief anti-inflammatory drug prescribed....
