Suggest Treatment For A Cyst In Testicle

14 years old/177 cm tall/151 lbs

my right testicle is 2x bigger than my other one. the ER doctors did an ultrasound and said it had some "sis" (fluid and air bubbles). i want to know hold long it will last and how can it be treated. i am going to see a urologist soon but i need help walking and sitting. laying down is fine. the drs said that it was not torsion but it may be inflammation.

Hi,Dear,thanks for the query to my HCM virtual Clinic.I studied your query in depth.IN My opinion -this rt testicular cyst-will remain till its surgically removed and treated appropriately.The painfulness of the cyst is due to the size and intracystic pressure on surrounding normal tissue.My diagnosis -is -Rt.Congenital-? INDirect Inguino-scrotal- Hernia-which shows fluid and air bubbles .Treatment of Rt.Indirect inguino-scrotal-hernia-is Hernial repair by surgeon.So plz consult your ER Paediatric-surgeon ,who would do the repair ASAP,as strangulation complication is more in childrens.Hope this would resolve your query.I would love to help you for more queries.Good day.
