Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Head
Hi there. My toddler slipped on a wet floor and hit her side of the head. After the fall it was red around on the skin outside/around her eyes apart from the bump on her head. How serious is this kind of fall with the side of the head? Thank you very much.

Your son seems to have developed a localised hemorrhagic collection due to the fall.
In most cases such injuries are benign and slowly resolve by themselves .
See a paediatrician in case the swelling tends to increase or persist .
