Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Face

Hi, I have a hard white bump on my face, close to my upper lip. I thought it was an under the skin pimple in the beginning, but now know it wasn't. it has grown in size, a bump is visible to the eye - especially when I smile. It does not hurt, it does not move, it has no Colorado/is under the skin, but it has grown in size to about 5mm in diameter. How can I treat this? Thank you.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a hard bump on the face that is not painful to touch can be a sebaceous cyst, nevus or mole, lipoma, dermoid cyst etc..
A correct diagnosis can be done after a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like Biopsy..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can investigate you and treatment can be planned according to the diagnosis..
In case of cyst Enucleation can be advised..
Surgical excision can be done in case if it is a cyst or a lipoma..\

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
