Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Buttock?
I have a circular bump on my inner (middle area) buttcheek that is tender (like a blister) in the middle, and hard on the outside part of the circumference. Its is moderately painful, would not pop it but when i apply pressure to that area blood comes out my anus and the pain/discomfort is relieved based on how much blood comes out.

Hi,
Most probably you may be having bacterial infection ..called impetigo. You consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis. Blood tests may be done to rule out HIV,DM or other condition.
I would suggest..
- antibiotics
- anti inflammatory drugs and pain killer
- application of antibiotic cream
- bath in Dettol mixed water
