sir i have heart disease hole in heart in childhood now i m 24 years old now and no teatement and surgery its 0.8mm hole i m totally active no problem yet and no treatment snce.sir what cost and what can i do can i live happy life forever my finacial condition not so gud

Thanks for posting in HCM.
VSD is a common congenital heart defect found in population.
If you do not have any symptoms of breathing difficulty or weakness tiredness or severe cough them you need not worry about it.
Surgery is required for those people in whom above mentioned symptoms are seen.
You can still lead happy normal life with VSD.
0.8mm is quite a small defect.
So nothing to be worried about unless you start getting above said symptoms ever in your life in future.
For cost and other doubts it's useful you talk to cardiologist in your place.
