Dear Sir, This is regarding the case of Girl child Sharmistha Baliarsingh (6months) who is having Cardiac Problem of VSD 6.5mm and is very serious. The medical reports of her has already been faxed to your Medical on dated 28/02/2011 evening in the Fax no-0000 which has been received by you as per the telephonic disscussion had with one of your subornidate on dated 05/03/2011.As per the instruction received i was asked to give a call on Monday i.e on 07/03/2011 to inqury about the further proceedings.But unfortunately i am not able to contact on the telephone no-0000 ,as i have regulary tried but the call is disconnecting repedately. Would request to provide any alternate contact number if any or kindly revert to this mail immediately as i am in such a horrible situation because the condition of my girl child is worsening every moment.
