Suggest Treatment For UTI Post Bladder Removal

I had cervical cancer and one third of my bladder removed over 15 months ago. Since then I have been self catheterising while things are healing and 4 months ago had botox to prevent all my leakage. All was good.I recently had 2 uti and am currently on antibiotics. I seem to have started leaking and not holding it in. What is happening?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with malignant condition such symptoms is very likely to happen and that needs to be managed accordingly, permanent catheter can be tried but prior to this condition needs to be sent for investigations for underlying cause hope this information helps.
