hello concerned patient and thanks for writing to HCM

I read your query and understand your concern is regarding is recurrent UTI you have been getting.

it would have been helpful if you have mentioned your age and body weight

Coming to your query,

if i were you treating doctor and you came to my clinic,
i would advise to you get urine test done for microscopy and culture and also ultrasound abdomen 2 to 4 weeks after infection to assess.

i would also recommend you to maintain a healthy diet, maintain proper hygiene of the genital area, drink plenty of water and to avoid postpone urge to pass urine.

in addition to that ,I would also consider prescribing antibiotics like norfloxacin twice daily for 7 to 10 days based on your urine test results and your weight
and also syrup citralka twice daily which will help in alkalinise and diluting the urine

Hope it clarifies and helps.
Followup if you need further advise
take care and good day
